I just got home from a great visit to Budapest, Hungary to lead worship for the EPC “Family Gathering.” I met with several of our friends and mission families including the Futo’s, Suhai’s and Yaremchuk’s. Sandy Willson, the Sr. Pastor at 2nd Presbyterian in Memphis was the speaker. We had some fun together!
I also visited the Roma (Gypsy) community outside of Budapest with my friends, Gyorgy and Timea Suhai. We sang, visited with folks on the streets and Igor Yaremchuk shared his testimony and I sang.
We also cruised the Danube River and climbed to the top of Buda to the great church and Castle there. We also had some delicious “Kremish” a pastry and creme dessert famous in these parts!
It was a wonderful trip. Following are some photos. I hope that you enjoy them! rm
